Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington located in Ohio left high school in order to move into Los Angeles after her divorced parents divorced. She was struggling to make ends meet when she got her first role in acting as Rachel's Room's lead character. Following her win of a Young Artist Award in 2002 due to her role of Murder in Greenwich of a 15-year aged Martha Moxley as a murder victim, she went on to take home the award. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television series in 2004. She was the main role for two seasons, and also won the Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace wanted to focus on film after playing opposite Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005.
